SOFUN TOOLS warrants our hand‑tools to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase / shipment.
    This limited warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non‑transferable.
    At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product found defective due to manufacturing fault.
    We do not cover reimbursement for labour, removal, installation, freight costs or any incidental or consequential damages. 

    Structural failure caused by factory material or manufacturing defect when used within the tool’s intended purpose.
    Defects confirmed by SOFUN TOOLS technical review. 

This warranty does NOT apply to:
    Normal wear and tear from regular use, scratches, cosmetic marks that do not affect function.
    Consumable / wearing parts (No warranty as consumables): jaw inserts, grips, tips, bits, springs, pins, cutting edges, sleeves and any part designed to wear out in service.Misuse, over‑loading, hammering on tools not marked for striking, abuse, dropping or using the tool beyond its rated capacity.
    Unauthorized modification, grinding, welding or repair by third parties.
    Corrosion, rust, damage caused by improper storage, chemicals or harsh environment.Accidents, fire, flood or force‑majeure events.
    Products bought from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit items.

    SOFUN TOOLS is a manufacturer and supplier. This warranty is offered voluntarily and does not automatically imply local legal guarantee requirements in every destination country. Distributors are responsible for local after‑sales support for their end‑users. 

To submit a claim, please email us at sofun2000@outlook.com and provide:
    Order or invoice number & purchase date
    Clear photos of product label and defective area
    Brief description of how the tool was being used
    We will review your request and reply within 3‑5 working days.
    Return shipping costs for inspection or replacement shall be borne by the claimant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
