These Terms govern your access and use of website [https://sofuntools.com], all product quotations, sales and OEM orders between you (“Customer”) and us (“Seller”).

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise written. Pictures on the website are for reference only; slight differences in color or surface finish may exist.

OEM service is available subject to our MOQ. Customer shall provide correct logo files (vector PDF). Customer warrants the brand/logo they supply does not infringe any third-party trademark or copyright. Customer is fully responsible for any trademark disputes.

All prices on the site are for reference only. Final price is confirmed on Proforma Invoice. Payment terms: T/T, 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Lead time will be confirmed in PI. Shipping cost and risk of goods transfer to customer once goods hand over to carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier, customs or force majeure.

Consumable parts have NO warranty. For manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days after receipt of goods. We only cover factory defect, not damage from misuse, improper operation or normal wear and tear.

All design, text, images on this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse without written permission.

We shall not be liable for indirect loss, lost profit or business interruption arising from product use. Our total liability will not exceed the order value.

This agreement is governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will try to be settled by friendly negotiation first.
